Our eggs are always gathered the same day and placed in standard cardboard egg boxes. The date is systematically indicated on the box. Eggs that are sold are never more than 5 days old and stored in a professional refrigerator at 5 degrees C.

Honey is extracted using certified inox equipment, put into jars and labelled. The 'best use-by date' is 2 year from the date of extraction but in practice it is longer than that provided the jars are stored at the customer location in a cool and dark storeroom.
